Cody
is a one of our up and coming herding stars. He will turn 3 this year
and is living with Stephen Edwards, in Texas. Cody is a very enthusiastic
worker, hits both heads and heels and is especially well-suited to work
cattle. He is actively collecting Finals points and we hope to see him
in the Stockdog Finals soon.
Cody
has a very sweet temperament, lives in the house and is a very devoted
family dog.
Cody
is out of Jubalee (Malpaso's a Shot in the Dark ATDd, OTDs STDc CGC
DNA-VP) and Cody (WTCH Rockngs Kodiak Bear) from Montana. Both parents
come from very well-known working dogs in the U.S.
Cody
has worked 40+ sheep in 25 acre fields with no issues.
A BC handler and judge (USBCHA Open sheep and cattle) thinks that Cody
is one of the best Aussies she has seen and worked.
He
has a natural and solid 50-yard open field outrun and can drive/cross-drive
50 yards. He has reliable directions and rates his stock extremely well.
He is a very strong and powerful dog, not for the Novice handler but
is biddable.
Cody
loves to work and control his stock. He uses very appropriate grip on
all stock, cattle, sheep and ducks.
Below
you'll find a number of pictures of Cody working stock as well as a
video. Enjoy!
